Ottimo soggiorno, buona la spa, tranquillo e pulito, unica pecca la cena al ristorante buon cibo ma non proporzionato al costo (non un grissino o pane e quando lo abbiamo chiesto non è arrivato) stessa cosa per la colazione al bar mi sarebbe costata meno e sarebbe stata uguale.

Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das Frühstück mager. Es muss nachgefragt werden. Es gibt keine Hotelinformationen zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Der Empfang und die Zimmeraustattung sind kühl und auf das Minimum beschränkt. WLAN-Empfang ist zwar gratis aber äusserst schwach. Der Empfang dürfte etwas herzlicher sein! Ein Willkommensgefühl ist nicht aufgekommen.

Einsames Hotel in top Qualität

Hotel ist wie beschrieben alles top. Mit Tiefgarage, Seeblick, gr.Zimmer, mit Kühlschrank usw., was vielleicht fehlt ist ein Außenpool, da es zum Badestrand am See doch ein stückweit ist. Allerdings kommt man sich vor wie wenn man die einzigsten Gäste wäre, etwas einsam. Will man mit dem kontinentalen Frühstück satt werden muss man den Küchencheff schon ewas öfters rufen. Die gefühlten 10 Kirchen in Giffa sorgen für abwechslungsreiches geläute.

Überzeichnetes Hotel im Dorf

Das Hotel wirkt nicht wie ein Hotel. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen. Ein üblicher Hotelbetten findet nicht statt. Das Frühstück wird zugeteilt. Der dpa Bereich funktioniert nicht(Sauna). Die Bewertung mit fünf Sternen passt keinesfalls. Damit ist das Hotel viel zu teuer.

Rundum zufrieden

Ein phänomenaler Aufenthalt, mit dem man seiner Gesundheit und seinem Gaumen etwas Gutes tut. Der Wellnessbereich ist königlich und die Küche majestätisch. Die Gastfreundschaft ist ebenfalls spitze und die modernen Zimmer mit dem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ein wahrer Genuss!

Loved it!!

Fabulous, can't wait to go back. The staff make the difference here, they are great. Nice hotel, great restaurant, amazing views, lovely day spa. Saw it in winter with snow and can't wait to compare in summer and fine outside with the views. Very dog friendly too.

too expensive for what they give. too bad

we paid 180 euros for a room that has no lake view...very expensive. The TV is very small. bed ok. there is no bathroom for this price. only a little shower !!! the worse is the noisy heaters. obliged to switch off during the night in winter... Good breakfast. nice little pool. in general i will NOT go back to this hotel. way too expensive for the quality of the room.

Great hotel- great staff!!

This is an excellent hotel! The staff are just profetionals and human, the service was perfect! The only thing that missing is a swimming pool. We enjoyed having our honeymoon there!!
