โThe room condition was good, but when I lay down, I felt that there was some sand on the bed right after check-in.
I wonder if the bed covers are washed and replaced every time a guest checks out.โ
โGreat new place. Easy to get to, super convenient and loads of dining and shopping options. Room is decked out with everything you need including a fridge and microwave. My only feedback would be to provide a basic set of plates, bowls and cutlery especially when a microwave is provided โบ๏ธโ
โStayed in Sydney for 9 days and this was perfectly located. Bus to Manly was 200yds and the Metro into the city was 200yds in the other direction with about 4:5 stops to Central Station. The staff were really friendly and helpful, room serviced daily with a nice walk-in shower and the communal breakfast room was ideal for us plus there was a lovely cafe about 100 yds away if you fancied something a bit more like Eggs Benedict. โThe room and facilities were very clean and well-kept. However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.โ
