Good rooms and the staff is super polite . The property is right next to the train station . What really stands out are the Cafes around .

The hotel was well kept, the staff friendly, and having the restaurant/bar was convenient. I also had a nice view of the harbour and the opera house from my room. There are lots of restaurant options within blocks and you can also use the Anytime Fitness that's just a block away.
Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Service i bar and restaurant prompt and meal excellent. Room service meal arrived within 30mins and was excellent quality. Very convenient location, easy walk to St Vincent Hospital. Convenient to rail network. Great location to explore inner Sydney on foot or hop a train/bus to explore further. Enjoyed my stay.
Everything about the hotel was first class. The room was very clean and the daily housekeeping kept it nice for the entire stay. The front desk, coffee shop and room service staff all went above and beyond. Every interaction was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Location is great. The room was large and the beds were nice and clean. The bathroom lighting needs work, we had just one plain white option. Staff was kind and helpful.
The carpets on the corridors leading to our room had not been vaccuumed for a very, very long time.
There had been a leak in the hallway just before our room and the carpet was wet. On the Monday night the dryer was on till 10.30, 11pm and it was so loud. We had a baby in the room so the next night I asked if it could be turned off and I got someone come and tell me it had to be left on. At least he came back and turned it off at the end of his shift as he promised.
For two adults and a baby we had four towels, when we asked housekeeping for more they said we could only get one, I had to go to the front desk and ask and to be honest everyone at the front desk was really good to deal with.
Once when housekeeping came the baby was asleep so we said don't clean right now, they never came back, our bins were full and smelly by the time we left.
