Amazing Cost/quality ratio

The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants on the other side of the Loire. I prefer that view (Castle of Anne de Beaujeu) from the one the hotels on the other side of the rriver would have. Highly recommended hotel.

La chambre n'était pas correctement nettoyée. Poussière présente, pas de verres pour se laver les dents dans la salle de bains dont la propreté laissait à désirer? De plus le réceptionniste à qui nous avons fait la remarque le lendemain matin, nous a répondu que nous aurions dû réservé une chambre neuve moyennant 10 euros de plus : intolérable !!

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen Unser Zimmer hatte komplett Schimmel und tote Fliegen lagen im Bett außerdem kam uns absolut nicht entgegen wir hatten eine Hochzeit und haben circa 15-20 Zimmer gebucht trotzdessen kam man uns nicht entgegen mit den Check in Zeiten oder auch hatten wir angefragt ob wir den Konferenz nehmen dürfen um dort das make up machen dürfen da wurde auch gesagt das wir dafür 100€ extra zahlen müssen was ich sehr schade fand da wir wirklich sehr viele Zimmer geblockt haben . Dann wurden wir angerufen nach dem alle ausgecheckt haben das in einem Zimmer Chips Tüten lagen und es nicht sauber hinterlassen wurde was absolut verrückt ist da wir ein Hotel Zimmer gebucht haben wo in dem Preis die Reinigung inkludiert ist es ist normal das man die Zimmer reinigen muss und wir dafür nicht zuständig sind aber er wollte uns dort auch nochmal extra Geld berechnen für die Reinigung absolute Katastrophe kann ich keinen empfehlen für diesen Preis und das was ihr dafür bekommt

J’ai réservé une chambre confort, j’ai eu une chambre triple avec un petit lit double de 140cm. Le sol n’était pas propre. Il y avait une seule serviette pour les mains, le visage et le corps. Inutile de payer pour une chambre confort !
