"The front desk woman was short & rude to us. They charged us extra for a second person’s stay & a breakfast as the booking was confusing. “Double room” isn’t for 2 people if it also says single use. Manager spoke quickly in Spanish to the employee until I asked for translation. Then she told me I owed more money. Treated me like a villain! I didn’t mind paying my fair share but I tried to make it right before arrival by telling them it said 1, vs 2 people on the booking, to no avail!
Also, where to park, although a spacious, clean, well-lit garage, was a big secret as far as lication when I tried to find out where to park right before arrival. There were plenty of empty spaces."
