"Had a really great time staying at Rajavilla. After an initial hiccup with the check-in process, the team were all extremely lovely and helpful and even upgraded us to the lagoon suite with an awesome private pool. Would definitely come back and stay there again."

"Bask is an incredible undertaking of an international high end hotel build on a tiny island. The design and attention to detail is amazing and the food and drinks on offer are brilliant. The tempura prawns, sushi and lobster ravioli deserve special mention and their smoked negroni is the best I’ve had. The setting provides a great atmosphere for afternoon cocktails and chatting to other guests at the swim up bar. For the area it comes at a price, but for international travellers it offers reasonable value. Service is a tale of two halves. All the staff are friendly and greet you by name, but some of the small details are missed. When we checked in to our cabin with a pool, we were told we could order breakfast etc to our room, but there wasn’t a menu in the room. When I went to reception to ask for a menu, I was passed to 4 different people and it felt a bit unnecessary. We had a private terrace and pool, but no comfy seating or loungers, so couldn’t really use our private space for what we wanted. I asked if we could get some. Again, it involved being passed to 3 people and the duty manager coming to our table during dinner to say “hi, what's the problem”, without greeting us or introducing himself, which seemed odd. They did however accommodate our request, but we woke to find noise from building work next door anyway. These niggles didn’t dampen a brilliant stay and I only mention them because it was at odds with an otherwise amazing experience."

"Qunci Villas is a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting and has everything you need for that tropical experience. The staff could not be more helpful and were extremely supportive and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. Plenty big enough for 3 adults."

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with the pool. I was a little unsure if the pool would be big enough for our two children (6 and 9) but it was plenty big enough for them to play in whilst having the main pool area for a bit of extra splash. Rooms are large and spacious and the gardens maintained beautifully. The staff are extremely attentive and always aimed to help. We didn’t have any real issues that needed resolving so I’m not sure how they’d deal with this but it’s better to not need to know. Facilities are pretty good for the Gilis. There’s a padel and tennis court, The pool is huge and there are a few smaller kids splash pools. You can rent bikes from the hotel which are reasonably priced. We did this and there’s someone there to repair, replace etc if needed. Electric scooters are allowed on the island. I really think these should be banned from driving around the property itself as they can be a little dangerous. Breakfast and quick snacks (chips, nuggets etc) are good but we ate at the beach restaurant and off the à la carte menu and it was pretty poor every time. Much better outside the property. Overall really really good experience and would stay again."

"This was an amazing villa/hotel experience. From start to finish staff had excellent communication. They all went above and beyond to support us and make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel room was gorgeous and very well cleaned. They even bike rental on the property so we do not have to spend time looking around for bike rentals. Their dinner on the beach and their breakfast is amazing. If you stay for two nights they give you a complementary floating breakfast, which I highly recommend. We loved it here and it was one of our best hotels in Bali 💗"
