“Very brief stay as travelled for the solstice but lovely property. Loved the history and little features. Nice garden also. Very peaceful and a lovely pub nearby thats walkable.”

“We stayed in one of the yurts there are 2. The check in instructions were very clear. The yurt was cosy especially when we lit the fire (wood provided). We had a great nights sleep. ”

“A lovely venue for a few days R&R in this part of Dorset. The accommodation is modern, spacious and of good quality, with great on-site facilities (pool, sauna, etc). Recommended.”

“Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. ”

“The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again ”

“Excellent stay. Cottage lounge overlooked river, very tranquil view. Friendly hosts and very good accommodation.”

“The property is beautifully designed. It is compact but well planned out and very tasteful. Everything you need is there. The breakfast basket is delightful! The cottage is attractive and in a lovely location. It is so easy to just walk across the road for dinner. We loved it!!”

“Do not stay here if you are disabled or unable to carry your bags up a steep flight of outdoor metal stairs. The unit I stayed in is a refurbished attic. It’s well done and has a kitchenette. But, there does not appear to be any air conditioning. There is heat. I was there when it was cool, but it’s a second floor bedroom so it’s probably hot in the summer. It has the typical “charm” of older English properties that have been refurbed. Like to open the windows in the ceiling, you have to use a...
