"Lovely break, fourth time back here "

"If you are deliberating whether to stay in this fantastic hotel, do not. It is exceptional, in every respect. From warm, empathetic and genuine staff, a fabulous breakfast, beautiful pools, immaculate gardens to the peaceful location, this hotel is unique. Whilst enjoying the sunshine, we lost count of the number of guests who were returning year-on-year. It was one of the best holidays we have had, so we will definitely be returning next year."

"The hotel was pretty and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The pools and beach were excellent, as was the food. The only area that could be improved compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at is the animation activities."

"The front desk staff were very pleasant, but the breakfast staff were a bit rushed and unfriendly. The rooms were large, but very dated. Several things needed replaced and there was a sewer like smell in the bathroom. The breakfast had a large selection, but was disappointed that the hot breakfast did not provide "pork free" options because everything is cooked on the same grill. The pools were decent and not crowded, but the dry sauna and hot tub were not working and the wet sauna had a bad smell. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from a few shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel did not have water or beverages for sale, which was needed with the hot weather. I was not impressed with the area , but overall the stay was decent and safe."

"There were cockroaches in the outside snack bar restaurant that was ugly to see. Getting to your room was a hassle as there were no lifts and loads of stairs."

"The regular hotel rooms are dated but functional, I can’t speak for the rooms exclusive to Priviledge Members. The hotel could do with an overall lifecycle facelift. That being said, the layout, outdoor facilities and the design of the building is beautiful and the staff/service were excellent, very thoughtful, friendly and welcoming. We had half board and only ate in the betancuria where food was 7/10 with some good variety. We did see cockroaches here and there but I guess that’s due to the climate more than anything. I would go again, 4/5."

"Superb resort & hotel - it was my second stay in 3 years and it's been amazing again. The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. Incredible and restorative break - thank you to all staff for making it fantastic 👏 "
