“Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.”

“A good variety of sweet and savory food for breakfast. Not a huge buffet though. Dinner menu changes each day. The pasta and steak i had were delicious. Enjoyed the private path to the public beach.”

“First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...

“Such a nice place to stay. The rooms are beautiful . The breakfast was delicious. Gabriella was a great host and so helpful with local knowledge to get us to the start of the Giro d’Italia stage.”

“We had a very good stay. We reserved a room for persons with disabilities, it was rather tight although very clean and suitable to our needs. However, we strongly suggest adding a curtain/barrier to the shower, a water spill in the bathroom poses a slippery/accident risk for people in a wheelchair and their helpers. If you bring a car be aware that parking could be difficult, we were fortunate to find a spot reserved for hotel guests across the street. Breakfast was good and being close to local...

Very congested area opposite a redundant hospital. Tv does work all because of depleted controller battery. Have to climb a very steep to get there. Need live credit card to pay online for just 2 euros local tax which i couldn’t complete registration. Avoid”

“We enjoyed five night at this well situated hotel, right on the main square and within easy walking distance to the beaches and nightlife. Also within walking distance to the train station and main bus stop. Rooms come in very different sizes. Our double room was clean and comfortable with a very good mattress. “Beautiful apartment type hotel in a lovely 100 years old building. The location was central to everything in the historic district. The apartment was spotless. Salvatore was fantastic in keeping in communication with us. Any time we had a question, he answered our texts within minutes. ”
