“Located conveniently near Breach Candy Hospital. They have a wheel chair and an a large service elevator that can accommodate someone in wheelchair . Staff is helpful. Restaurant is in the Hotel and has good food at reasonable price. No alcohol allowed. Area is congested but a car can go all the way up to reception stairs.I have used it twice for my mother’s knee surgery at BC Hospital. They should have two room keys for each room.”

“This neighborhood boutique hotel served their community during ramadan for the entire month of our stay. Staff made an honest effort to satisfy our requests. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there are a few things to work out like regulating water tempature, construction noise and only a sheet covered the new matress. The breakfast was typical - basic idli, fruit, etc. They make great tea. It is well located.”

“The hotel is in very poor condition and the service has been disappointing. The actual hotel environment is nothing like the pictures shown online. The bathroom door lock and window locks are not functioning properly, and the bathroom facilities are in terrible condition. The Wi-Fi has been down for the entire day, causing significant inconvenience. “Der Rezeptionist hat zuerst unsere Buchung nicht gefunden, hat ca. eine Stunde gedauert bis wir in einem schmutzigen Zimmer gehen dürften. Der Tag danach wurde unser Zimmer mit einem "Besseren" ausgetauscht, aber das war schon gar nicht besser. Sehr laut, schmutzig und nie wieder.”
