“The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...

“It is one of the best hotels in Manado. The room is spacious for a couple, and the location is close to other places like malls or restaurants. The staff are also friendly. ”

“비퉁에 새로 생긴듯한 호텔입니다. 바닷가 전망을 선택했지만 3층이라 바다가 제대로 보이지 않는 위치....바다도 항구로 보이는 바다라 별다는 뷰는 없는듯 합니다. 청결하고 좋았으나 아침 조식은 생각보다는 별로였습니다. 식기 세척상태도 좋지 않았습니다.”

“Ik kreeg een rook kamer met blinde muren. Geen ramen. Na 2 nachten kreeg ik op eigen verzoek een rook vrije kamer met uitzicht op zee. Geen extra kosten voor deze upgrade te betalen. Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima. Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. ”

“Comfortable and modern business hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good shower and WiFi. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, something for everyone and very good. Walking distance from good restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also very good) and shopping malls.”
