"Cleaning staff never came the first day, went to the front desk they said they would put in a “request”for the next day, I asked for towels and coffee which they said I can pick up at the front desk when I get back cause house keeping went home.
Next day there was no food at the continental breakfast we showed up at 8 ish yes it was busy but the yogurt/bread etc was empty
Cleaning staff came the next day filled coffee put together the towels (we had extra from our pick up)
That was it, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel but did see others put their garbage in the hallway
Lack of detail and concern for sure. So disappointed we stayed there before and had the best service/time that’s why we went back
