“Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our Washington vacation. We were unaware the desk closed at 8 PM (I must have missed that info) and we arrived around 9 PM the first night to a closed lobby. After calling the main hotel number a staff member did call me back and relieve the panic that was setting in by letting us know our key was in the drop box. Room was nice - clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was solid, good AC. Had a balcony and enjoyed our stay. We weren't at the facility much...
