“I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. “Although located a little out of town the location is very pleasant and quiet. Housekeeping is very good. I rented a bike in town for my stay and there is secure parking in the garage to keep it. To bike to town is about 10 minutes; walking 25 but busses are very frequent.”

Attention il n'est pas possible de prendre l'ascenseur en soirée pour certaines chambres-se le faire préciser à la réservation ?- les chambres étant réparties et séparées par la réception fermée le soir. “we hadden de Ferienwohnung (er zijn ook nog kamers). Heel ruim appartement, prima voorzien van alle gemakken, een balzaal van een badkamer en uitstekende bedden in een ruime slaapkamer. Ontbijt apart bestellen, maar ook dat was prima verzorgd. Schoon, vlakbij de Moezel, op 20 minuten rijden van Wittlich, waar je de trein kunt pakken naar Koblenz of Trier. Kortom: bijna perfect! Enige minpunt voor goed-horenden: het huis resp. de slaapkamer ligt vlakbij de doorgaande weg, dus vooral 's ochtends...

“Good to stay if you have to stay in Konz, but if you can stay in Trier, I would like to fine other hotel. Mostly clean, excep the fan in the restroom was covered with dust. Difficult to meet kind staff if you have to get to there after 10pm.”
