“I got there about 20 minutes before check in so I went to my room anyway to see if I could get in. I put in the code and the door opened but then hit the door stop, indicating someone was inside. I did put in a request for extra wash cloths the day I arrived because it was 4 people but didn't get them until the day before we were to leave. We had plenty of towels though. I will definitely stay again and again!”
