Centrally located, and handy for transport links. Lots of dining options nearby. Didn’t take breakfast so can’t comment on that. 5th floor room, only accessible by stairs as lift only goes up to 4th floor, so something to consider if you have any mobility issues. Comfortable, if small, room, but perfectly acceptable for one night stay.

Inexpensive, well located, basic, nice room but very compact. Designed for people who are seeking good, comfortable accommodation, but for whom the accommodation is just a place to stay while traveling. I would most certainly stay here if another Z Hotel again.

Right on the door step from the train station and next to all the shops and bars the hotel was clean enough with very helpful and friendly staff will to help with anything the rooms have everything you need just for those few days get aways.

Great location near Queen St station. Room had everything you need, great shower and full Sky TV channels. They look after your bags at check in and checkout. Good city maps available at reception. 5 stars from me.

For some reason they gave us a wheel chair room. We enjoyed the added space, but the sink was low and there was a lack of shelves, hangars and table and chairs. The Breakfast was not included and was 15 pd.s each for coffee, yogurt fruit and toast that you made yourself. That's $60 CDN for breakfast. The location was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating.

Great location near George Square, and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are very small though, and housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day, which was disappointing considering the price point. Not a dealbreaker, and a good experience overall, but also lacking some of the small touches you would expect at a hotel charging $250+ per night
