We stayed in a double room upstairs . The toilet was in the roof slope so potential to hit head . Door handle broken. Strange open space to roof void also could do with covering over or a door on it .
Bed really comfy. It was warm weather so a bit stuffy even with window open .

The hotel is in a convenient location in downtown Glasgow. The rooms are very small, and having a window is an "upgrade". The common area in the lobby is very pleasant and well appointed. The staff are friendly. There is 5 p.m. wine and cheese each day, but you need to sign up as a member in advance. Breakfast buffet looked great, but is not included in the price of the room.
