"The location to the beach, eating establishments and beautiful landmarks is ideal. Thankful for a working elevator as we requested the 5th floor. We had room 507 which is an end unit and very quiet. The view is the star here and was glad that the windows were cleaned to not obscure any of it. The fireplace is the only heat, but we enjoyed it and was just as convenient as a heater. The bathroom is tiny with the sink being outside the bathroom and had very little space on the counter to accommodate any toiletries. The shower had dual shower heads and was very nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the bed. It was supposed to be a pillow top, but the pillow disappeared long ago and left a rock hard bed. This would be the one reason I wouldn't stay here again. Some of the beds have been replaced, but staff did not know which rooms had. Hoping they address this soon."

"We went in the offseason so the price per night was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The room was a bit dated but very spacious for our needs. The included breakfast could use some improvement, especially the eggs and sausages. Coffee was good."

"We have to say, this is the cleanest vacation rental we have ever rented. Most vacation rentals are clean enough, but this one was spotless. We had a pet friendly rental. You would never have guessed a pet had ever entered the rental it was that clean. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. There is a balcony off the living/dinning room and one off the bedroom. This property does have a quiet period making it a very peaceful place to stay. There were no late-night parties, or loud crowds. Everyone was respectful of the property rules. There is a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy the flowers on the property and the beach. For those including the family dog, they have stations on site with disposable bags to clean up dog waste and containers to dispose of it. There is no supply of spices to prepare meals. Those items would need to be personally supplied for personal use. However, we do not use spices and other items left in vacation rentals for varied reasons. We always either bring or supply our own and take them with us when we leave. Items supplied included coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap individual use pouches of coffee, sugar, wrapped tea bags. Supplied for personal use there was individually packaged soap and individual use shampoo, conditioner, lotion and makeup removers. The staff at this site were all very friendly and helpful."
