Hotel Glenwood Springs
The hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing. We booked this place as we have two little kids that we had planned to use the pool. They were able to stay in the water enough to do the slide once and then had to get out to warm up. We will not be going back.

The TV was terrible and the front desk did nothing! We couldn't control the thermostat! Not enough handicap parking! Breakfast menu--Great

Silver Spruce Inn
The evening front desk staff was incredible and helpful. Our only complaints were pool and hot tub would have been nice and we would have appreciated some more hot breakfast selections with protein.
