We were told that they had no maintenance available until Monday, and that they were fully booked. Told her we would have to cancel our reservations and find another hotel. She said that because we booked through Expedia, we would have to go back through them for a refund. Asked her to contact them, to make sure that I would get a full refund,...

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”
