“Als wir angekommen sind, wartete bereits eine Flasche sehr guten Weins und eine persönliche Grußkarte auf uns. Die Wohnung hat an der Ausstattung nichts vermissen lassen. Die Sauberkeit war perfekt! Die Kommunikation war sehr höflich und freundlich! Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlte und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!”

“Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...
