Kaç yıllık hayatımda bu kadar sefil bi yerde bulunmamıştım. Orta halli bir ailenin çocuğuyum, Almanya'daki bir tatilimde hostelde kalmışlığım bile var ama orası bile buradan 1000 kat iyiydi. Bir yerin eski olması oranın çirkin olması anlamına gelmez ama burası resmen dökülüyordu. Tuvaletleri otobüs mola yeri tuvaletlerinden hallice, oda böcekle dolu, kahvaltı ise kötü. Toz kahve zaten uyduruk bir şey gidip en ucuzunu almışlar, evimde yediğim en uyduruk şey bile buradakilerden lezzetlidir. Bir de restoranı var, hem pahalı hem çirkin. Asla tercih etmeyin

Otelin yemek restaorant kısmı güzel lezzetli fakat otel ve oda kısımları için aynı şeyleri söyleyemeyeceğimmm. Odalar temiz ancak çok eski bakımsız. Odanların görüntüsü kenar ucuz pansiyonlarına beziyor. Fi tarihinden kalma tüplü küçücük tvlerden filan var odada.

Evet 4-5 yıldızlı bir tatil köyünün ultra zenginlik ve teşrifat içeren bir konseptine hiç sahip olmadı Kale Motel, zaten buna meraklılar da buraya gelmesin, çünkü beklentiniz modern köle mantığı ve kamp kuralları dahilindeki gibi; belirli saatlerde sıraya girerek (havuz başı havlu serme, plajda en optimum şezlong kapma, belirli saatlerdeki yemek sıraları vs. gibi) tatil yapma modu ise, bu samimi ve sıcak insanların hizmet sunduğu harika lokasyona sahip Kale Motel'den memnun olmanız yine de mümkün olamayabilir. Bu benim Kale Motel'de yıllar içinde 4. konaklamam, her seferinde başta Şenol Bey ve saygıdeğer eşi olmak üzere, tüm çalışanların uzaktan yakınları gelmişcesine dostça ve samimiyetle tüm konuklarını kucaklamaları, günün her saati memnun olsunlar diye sürekli hazır olmaları, beni bu motel için Gökçeada'daki evim dedirtmektedir. Odalar çok bakımsız. Oda kapısı kırıktı, Elektrik fişleri duvardan sökülmüş kablolar açıktaydı. Odada televizyon çalışmıyordu. Ayrıca Odalarda internet hizmeti alamadık. Banyo Tuvalet bölümünün su gideri olmadığı için duşa kabinden taşan sular bir gün boyunca aynı yerde kaldı. İyi olan tek şey odanın temizliği ve konumu olarak nitelendirebilirim.
