Tropicana Motel
The room was clean and tidy and the staff were courteous however, when we gotbthe blanketd out from the cupboard, they smelt of body odor - i would suggest they be dry cleaned and the sheeys on the queen bef were stained woth what looked like mpuld or coffee in parts.

The Star Grand at The Star Gold Coast
customer service from management was terrible! They do not value their loyal customers who have stayed there numerous times over 30 years! very disappointing. We love the actual hotel, but after this incident will find it hard to return and they just didn't care!
