“Loved the staff and location, but the room didn’t feel like a resort - more like a motel room.”

“The room was very clean; I worked for The Pamelia Hilton in Perth and it was on par as it in the cleanliness department. Only saw the staff when I checked in and they were very friendly and helpful. Didn't go into the bar. And didn't go into to any shops. I would be very happy to stay there again if I have to Come to York for another event. thankyou Dianne Nelligan”

“Did not interact with anyone at all from the property. Key was in a box, and dropped back to the box. There were fishers in sink and had booked a double bed and 2 singles but only had 2 double beds.”

“Staff wouldn’t let us check in past 6 pm. What kind of hotel does that? We called to beg and they still wouldn’t. No WiFi either. Avoid. ”

“Advertised with wifi….there was none Self parking = on the street. From my room I had to descend stairs for the bathroom. I left immediately and expect a refund for fraudulent advertising (wifi not provided).”

“Great friendly staff. Caravan unit was comfortable enough. But could do with a toaster and microwave. Expected it to be more self contained, as it has fridge and kettle.”
