“Welcomed an upgrade. Very much appreciated. However, on arrival asked to pay direct and not as normal through my booking form. This insured me card surcharges that I was not advised of at the time, and do not have through normal booking procedure. Also after dining at the establishment and going for the account to charge to my room, was advised I could not do so as it was blocked at the reception desk. This done in front of my guest and not appreciated. Receptionist who booked us in apologised...

The steak sandwich at the restaurant was abs delish - not overloaded like some sandwiches and really tasty. Thank you BB Resort :-).”

Settlers Hotel is at the back and they send an SMS with room and lock box number. Would have liked a box of tissues in the room somewhere. Cleaners should leave shower head pointing down and not out the door!”

“I booked an Executive Twin room for 2 male family members, however received a double bed. Not happy. Due to lack of information from staff, we had no idea how to access the carpark and room as the gates were locked (after hours). Rang the after hours number, where the staff member was not Happy ”
