"The only downfall of this hotel is that it's a very big hotel with a lot of room. It's like a maze to get to your room. I got lost a couple of times but overall, it's a great place to stay and very affordable. "

"Stayed here numerous times and it’s always been a great experience. With one exception for a front desk clerk who replied to my recommendation that upon check in they could mention you have to request daily service said “well I’m advising you now” All other staff has been pleasant and rooms are clean and comfortable. "

"The front desk and room smelled like marijuana. There were cockroaches in the room (and I have photos of that). The staff was incredibly rude and absolutely unprofessional. My reservation was cancelled only after 3 hours past the check in time. I was told the card on file was ran but it was declined (this is not true as I contacted my bank and was told it was never ran at this location). The staff lied about that. There's so much more and I've already spoken to Hotels.com regarding this. "
