"The staff were excellent, the grounds were in great shape. We choose this hotel for dog friendliness and that worked out. Front desk staff even offered our dog a treat. That was nice. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room, which to us is one of the most important, if not the most important factor in rating a hotel. There were multiple items that appeared unclean. Shower curtain had ink stain, towel had faint brown stain, drain of bathtub was quite eroded, and my wife dropped a towel on the floor and it came up noticeable dirty. Things looked initially clean but on closer inspection we did see these details."

"The continental breakfast was fresh and warm. Loved their fresh ground coffee. Easy to get on and off the freeway. Good pizza at Spooky's just 0.2mi west of the hotel. The room was clean, up-to-date, and quiet. Loved the Blacout shades, it was 9am before I got out of bed because I thought it was still dark out."

"Had a small table and chairs which was great for cards and a stuffed chair. Much better than the normal room with one."

"Human hair on bathroom floor. Damage to walls in 2 spots. Some kinda liquid spill all over the heat and a/c unit. Room had a light smell of cigarette smoke until you turn on the heater unit and the cigarette smell increases dramatically. Entry door had signs of being kicked in, in the past.She tried to charge me a $100 deposit despite my booking the room on Expedia. but me using my credit card may have changed her mind. Will not be returning. "
