"I was amazed at the lack of attention to detail in my room. First, One bed side light flickered like a strobe. Perhaps it did not earlier. the shower door continually slid open. I had to pack a towels on the inside to keep the door closed. Every bath towel in my room was frayed. They should have been been discarded. Everything was resolved the next day at my request."
