โWe were here to rest and recharge after spending the day wine tasting. This chateau is quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and speaks our language which is not common in many parts of France. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.โ
โI really love this hotel. It is part of the Contact chain of hotels. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The public tram is only a few minutes from the hotel. Parking is easy and free.
There is no laundry facility in this room, though Expedia lists it as one of the amenities. There is a laundromat in the shopping mall close by.
Overall, La Provencale is great value for the money. โ

โOverall the stay at this hotel was excellent from check in, to breakfast, through dinner and cocktail options as well as the amenities, everything was well thought through. My only comments are that we did not receive our VIP perks, water was โฌ12 & with the temperatures this is excessive even for a 5* hotel. Finally the aircon was great but every evening it was turned off so in the evening it was difficult to sleep. โ
โKind and friendly welcome and service; lovely site. We were upgraded to a spacious room with a private terrace. The breakfast was fabulous, especially delicious omelets! It's close to a tram route with easy access to the train station and historic district near the Garonne.โ
