“Room was ok however TV wouldn’t work for a while and then the air con was not working. One minute told to move to another room then told to stay. Because they don’t get English language they put the phone down on you. I ordered some food and it was so poor. The breakfast which paid for was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I didn’t go back for the rest of my stay. The noise above the 3rd floor was so bad and constant and had to keep telling reception and told its maintenance. Like between...

Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics.
