"The location is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street not accessible by vehicles. However, you just have to walk about 30 m to get to a taxi. The design is very cool the way they have mixed old world and New World. We tried the breakfast which was outstanding and they also have a lunch special which is very reasonable priced and excellent quality highly recommend this hotel."

"This is a classic and a beautiful property ! The staff was very attentive to alll of our needs during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Wonderful pastries breads juices meats cheeses and a menu to order also included. The property has a spa w a pool and saunas we enjoyed relaxing at each afternoon. Location is stellar. Concierge maja was very helpful with events and reservations and more ! Definitely will be back again after the remodel!"

"Basic place and amenities in a village surrounded by other houses. We were in a basement room with a small window, No elevator, no coffee machine in the rooms. Other than that the staff was helpful, it was close 10 min walk to the lake, the villa is clean and well maintained"

"Absolutely stunning hotel. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Staff was helpful & friendly & spoke English well. The room was a corner room, it was beautiful & decorated lovely. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available for purchase $14 eu pp. we did not eat but our friends did & said it was delicious & worth the money. I highly recommend this hotel for value, beauty & convenience to cruise port."

"To begin with, GPS did not get us to the hotel. We drove round and round till we figured it out ourselves. First impressions of the hotel are cold, unattractive and uncared for in the lobby with horrible stained furniture and old carpet. The hallways were old and dark. The room was very basic but appeared clean and kept up. The bathroom had been renovated appropriately. Air conditioning was barely working which made the room unbearable. When brought up to female front desk staff we were told too bad, one system for the whole hotel, no remedy available. They were kind to bring us fans. The room was quiet and we slept well. We did not use the breakfast because we had to depart early."

"We had a wonderful week the breakfasts were incredible the hiking from the door was really easy and beautiful. The restaurant is great. The whirlpool steam room and sauna are lovely after a good hike. Know that the sauna and steam room are no swimsuits and coed but they did give you a towel and everyone uses it."
