Excellent stay in Grado

Hotel was excellent with helpful front of house staff. Location worked for us as we could easily walk into the town center. Breakfast was very good. Only irritation was that while it is a non-smoking hotel they allow smoking on balconies and don’t separate those who want to do so from others. We had smokers next door and this precluded us getting fresh air and using the balcony.

Nice hotel could do with a few minor changes

Hotel staff very friendly especially the receptionists. Nice clean hotel. A few things could make it better > 1. A cool swimming pool for those super hot days. 2. Breakfast in bed Service. 3. Sky Sports TV channels. 4. The open outside space next to the bar, I would use that space and put either an outdoor infinity swimming pool there or seating for a restaurant. Currently its wasted space and you should make good use of the lovely view instead of an almost empty seating area (just a suggestion) I would stay in this hotel again.

Service war top! Extra Mitarbeiter der in den Garagenplatz und Gepäck aufs Zimmer bringt. Garage war auch mit einem Audi A6 Avant gut befahrbar. Zimmer super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Infinity-Pool (sogar mit Massagedüsen) und die Whirlpools die im Preis inbegriffen waren, auch tiptop! Ruhige Gegend, alles schnell erreichbar. Täglich neue Handtücher und frisches Bett Preis-Leistungs Verhältniss für uns unschlagbar gewesen.

Immer wieder hervorragend!! Wir sind zum zweiten Mal jetzt hier gewesen und sicher nicht das letzte Mal!! Frühstück Spitze!! Sehr sehr Hundefreundlich!! Zimmer modernst eingerichtet- tolles Ambiente mit toller Bar!! Die Dachterrasse mit den beiden Whirlpools und der tollen Aussicht auf die Lagune ist der Hammer!! Sicher eines der Besten Hotels in Grado und das sagen wir nicht einfach so da wir schon über 20x in Grado waren und sehr viele Hotels dadurch kennengelernt haben!!

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, direkt an der Lagune. Bett ist groß und sehr bequem. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Den Wellnessbereich konnten wir leider nicht besuchen. Hier sollte man sich überlegen die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbads anzupassen. Es wird im Winter erst um 10:00 geöffnet, da ist man schon unterwegs.
