"If you want to experience what Namba brings - buzzling with street vendors ,shops , restaurants then this is the place to be , easy access ( walking ) to train stations , Dotonbori , Kuromon market and easy train rides to nearby attractions , excellent staff , excellent breakfast, laundry lounge is a huge plus and is free! , there is also a guest lounge which offers free alcohol, coffee ,tea and light snacks every night - well worth the money - you won’t find this in Tokyo "

"Probably the best location in Osaka. Connected to Takashimya, Sky o and Namibia station - all accessible from within the hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Love the breakfast. Plenty of vegetarian options. Great restaurant options around. My fourth visit to Osaka and fourth stay at Swissotel. Don’t think will ever look to change the hotel for future stays. "
