"Our twin room was small but clean. Air conditioning could not be changed but temperature was comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms. Ohigashi at the front desk. She gave us detailed directions to get to our destination. There were secured lockers on floor B1 for luggage if arrived too early for check in. Breakfast had a decent, not great, selection of foods. We arrived in Osaka at the Namba train station; it was confusing which of the many exits was closest to our hotel and the walk was longer than the expected. It be would be helpful if the hotel included detailed directions in its website."
