"3년 연속 출장으로 이용했어요. 시설 아주 깨끗하고 편안한 침구와 음료 무료 등의 서비스는 여전히 탁월했습니다. 다만, 프론트 직원이 작년 2~3인에서 현재 1인으로 줄어든 듯 한데 특정 요일 직원 분(콧수염)이 불친절하더군요. 조식 7~9시 이용 시간인데 8시 40분 갔더니 이미 끝났다고 보관 중인 빵도 먹지 못하게 제지한다거나, 수건이 지금 필요하다고 하니 나중에 알아서 가져다주겠다고 한다거나.. 기분 탓은 아니고 그 직원 있는 날 밤에 난방도 잘 되지 않아 조금 춥게 잠들었어요. 나머지 직원 분들은 여전히 매우 친절하셨고 주변 맛집도 많아 식사하는데 불편함이 없었어요."
