โSteve was really friendly and helped us find a nice place for dinner and breakfast.
Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But thereโs also a huge car park on the other side of the building.
More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Donโt waste your money in the arcades as thereโs loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music.

โGorgeous hotel with lovely, polite & enthusiastic staff! We were upgraded to a fabulous suite & the parking options were great. We loved this unique boutique hotel which has been decorated & designed with care & passion. Local transport was brilliant & Southsea is a hidden blossoming gem which weโll be back to see next year! We will of course be checking back in to the Clarence or one of its sisters. Thank you for making our stay so memorable xโ
โCute, boutique hotel. Very clean. Restaurant onsite was convenient and food was delicious. Location was tucked back from the main road and walkable to multiple museums, restaurants and other local areas of interest. โ
โThis hotel is very clean, breakfast is good and bed is very comfortable. The shower is great but bathroom is very tight. All in all good location and helpful staff. โ
โJust a short walk from the waterfront a good restaurant on the same block. Thereโs no front counter. You just talk to the person managing the place through two a speakers.โ
โIf you are interested in the Victory or the Mary Rose it is right across the street. Super great. Parking down the street was easy but prefer not to have to do it. But if you have to remote park, it wasn't a big deal. It was pretty easy.โ
โCheck in was haphazard ,we were informed 14.00 hrs but the employee when he arrived said it was15.00.the property was well kept but some of the other guests were very noisy slamming doors with no respect for other occupantsโ
