“The staff was quite welcoming and helpful upon checkin. In the absence of a luggage trolley a very nice man assisted me and refused a tip. The front desk was less welcoming and cheerful the next morning upon checkout. Overall it was a good place to stay the night before my flight to the U.S. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed. The hotel has nice amenities like a pool. Definitely recommend it.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice. My only criticism was the bed felt like a three quarter size bed rather than a double. The hotel is close to the airport so handy to commute. Good price for a night and breakfast. There is a parking charge to stay at the hotel.”

“This is a gem we intend to return too having only booked one night we did not get to use the pool etc. The staff were incredibly friendly, both receptionist and especially at breakfast Yes as people have said you are on a golf course and it feels a bit intrusive overlooking the putting green but thats why there are curtains 🙂 Thank you for such a pleasant stay”

“It was close to Gatwick , you can actually take the 100 bus right to front of property. We took an uber which cost over $60.00 versus a 3 pound ride on bus!”

“Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future”

“The staff was the worst I’ve experienced in my month of traveling England. They weren’t friendly or helpful and made me feel like it was a burden staying there. And I stayed 3 nights. And there’s absolutely nothing close by where you can eat. The cook was the only pleasant person. The place has absolutely no warmth to it.”

“별로에요. 조식 품질도 낮습니다.”

“Covienient to the airport, safe and good breakfast. ”

“공항과의 접근성은 훌륭함. 다만 공항 호텔이라는 특성상 방의 크기나 상태등은 가격대비 만족도가 좀 떨어짐”

“공항을 이용하기위해 하루 숙박을 했는데 너무 좋았어요 호텔에서 걸어 놀스터미널 셔틀타고5분 사우스터미널 완젼 편리했어요 로비에 있는.레스토랑도 맛있었어요”

“Ideal for a cheap stay before or after the airport”

“The nicest stay during my time in London! The host is soo friendly and helpful! 🙏 I really appreciate their kindness. It was a cute themed room and cozy. Would definitely come back :)”

“It was a wonderful day ! Desk attendance is wonderful! Breakfast is a super service! I would like to stay Holiday Inn in Gatwick airport by IHG again! Thank you for your service! ”
