Best bed we slept in during our Japan trip, consisting of 7 different hotels. Staff were outstanding, the hotel looks very unassuming from the street front and is not obvious until you enter the reception lobby, but this successfully hides just how nice this hotel actually is.

Really nice hotel. The only downside is the breakfast; very expensive, for what you get!!! Beautifully served, but not much options and no extra item if it was not enough. No buffet, just a set-breakfast. Other than the breakfast, everything was perfect.

The Room was really beautiful with an own Onsen on the balcony. We had dinner and breakfast and it was phantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful and the garden was beautiful

We recently stayed there with our kids and we lived the property! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Lots of things to do such as foot bath, public bath, koi pond and very close to the outlet mall. Can’t wait to stay again!

Elegant Hotel

This hotel was an older, but elegant, well kept hotel. The service was excellent from checking in to breakfast to housekeeping. The hotel seemed a little out of the way, but a free city bus to the outlets was close by. There was a beautiful garden onsite and both the Western breakfast and Japanese breakfast were delicious. The rooms were well apportioned and very large.
