We stayed for three nights and travelled to nearby tourist spot. Good location if you get a car.
Room is new. We booked the larger room which gives better room space
The room is big enough to open 2 luggage. We booked the room with Fuji view and we were so lucky to see both sunset and sunrise. The view is the most unforgettable part during this trip.
Although the staff cannot speak English well, they tried their best to answer my questions. I didn’t go to onsen but I could still enjoy the bathtub in my room.
The room rate is not high and I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit gotemba again.
First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. It’s a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again.
A room already occupied by another guest while we checked in. The receptionist probably lack of experience. A Japanese guest helped us to translate and request for the rooms rearrangement.
