Incredible hotel! We stayed for 6 days and everything was perfect. Great welcome by the reception team, the room was spacious and decadent, and the restaurant was brilliant after day’s adventuring. We had a late night flight so even managed to extend our stay to keep our room. Coffee at the bar was a luxury and staff were amazing throughout - our very little Swedish was matched by their incredible patience and kindness! Tack for making our Gotenburg experience so much fun!

Super clean and well appointed rooms, I recommend online check in especially on weekends. Breakfast is plentiful and has amazing attention to details like gluten free counter, lactose free drinks, and even sticks of celery next to tomato juice. On weekends they serve breakfast 7:00 to 11:00, on weekdays 6:30 to 9:30. Ice vending machine is on floor 1. Lifts go up and down only with room card. Rooms are TRULY spacious, so are the bathrooms. Room safe, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap - all good. Hair dryer is in the Velvet sack on the shelf in the bathroom. Towels are crispy clean and soft.

Comfortable room but we found we were disturbed by noise from the road outside and people above us. Housekeeping missed our room after the first night so we were stuck with a wet floor mat which wasn’t ideal. Probably wouldn’t have bothered booking here if we realised the spa cost 250kr / 500kr (weekend) above the room cost. We didn’t bother with it in the end. Breakfast was pretty good, but got a bit too busy on Sunday. Have had better experiences at other Radisson properties elsewhere.

Uppfräschning sedan senast vi besökte hotellet. Standardrum med 160 dubbelsäng. Helt ok och bra städat. Frukosten fin med frukt, juicer, bakverk och en ok sektion för specialkost. Hade önskat något annat bröd än fria’s, gärna naturligt glutenfritt (alltså ej vetestärkelse). Bra att det fanns separata små förpackningar med margarin även om jag föredrar smör/bregott. Totalt en bra upplevelse.
