We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it’s a place chosen by families with young children, our room remained remarkably quiet throughout the entire visit. We slept well, relaxed easily, and felt genuinely comfortable. The room and bathroom were newly renovated, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast buffet, truly outstanding in both variety and quality.

The hotel staff are very friendly but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room I slept in. Was disappointed as it looked very shabby and cheap which I didn’t expect. I have been in better hotels before with the same status. My room was not once cleaned whilst I was there which was odd. We had dirty towel when we first came into the room which didn’t set the scene of cleanliness. No top up of tea or coffee which is the norm in hotel rooms. Breakfast was lovely and was plenty of it. All in all, its was ok.

All was nice; check in went fast already at 1.30 PM. But, there are no dark curtains in front of the windows in the room; how do you suppose people can sleep in the summer if already now the lights of the traffic and buildings came to the room in the winter?
