Nice hotel for the money, with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, very pretty terrace as well as reception/restaurant/bar area (with shuffleboard!), and a tram stop steps away. The daily (gratis) breakfast was also pretty incredible - huge spread of savories and sweets including sandwich-making foods.

Zimmer war dreckig, mehrere Fingernägel lagen im Zimmer und auf dem Nachttisch war eine klebrige braune Flüssigkeit. Matratzen sehr durchgelegen. Sehr laut im Zimmer. Man hört die Straßenbahn, das Nachbarzimmer und Leute im Flur deutlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung und Personal freundlich.

Hotellet bærer preg av at det er et eldre hotell. Heisene er trege og ofte ikke så tilgjengelige. Rommene er pusset opp og er helt ok, men sengene er ikke gode. Veldig harde og mest trolig ikke så nye. Frokosten er okey, men den kunne vært bedre med tanke på utvalg. Det er også alt for mange gjester i forhold til lokalene hvor man spiser frokost. De som jobber i resepsjonen svarer på det du spør om, men eks når jeg spurte hvordan vi kom oss til Liseberg så fikk jeg kun til svar at jeg kunne ta sporvognen 200 meter bort i gaten. Ikke noe informasjon om hvilken og at det var sommerruter som gjorde at man måtte orientere seg litt ekstra. Dette stedet er som sagt helt okey, men du får ikke det lille ekstra som man kanskje håper på. Det er dyrt med parkering, rundt 200 kr per døgn i deres garasje. Der er det kamp om plassene og veldig trangt. Du skal ikke se bort i fra at du må parkere på gateparkering og det er like dyrt.

Alltid trevligt bemötande av all personal, frukostbuffé med allt som man kan tänka sig för alla smakriktningar. Buffén fylls på hela tiden, bord torkas och det är städat och snyggt i hotellrummet och övriga lokaliteter. Ett populärt hotell för resenärer med färjor till Danmark, lättvindigt att nå färjeterminalen och allmänna kommunikationer precis utanför dörren, kan inte bli mycket bättre. Rekommenderas!

Rommet var rent, men søpla på toalettet var ikke byttet! Det var en full søppelbøtte med bleier og håndklær på toalettgulvet. Det så ut som ingen hadde skjekket toalettet før de leverte oss rommet. Dårlig ventilasjon og varmt inn i rommet. Frokosten var i hvert fall god.
