旅行前の丁寧な案内から、港や空港へのタクシーの手配など細やかなサービスがあり、安心して旅行ができました。 食事は、九州や長崎のものというより、五島を中心とした食材が多く、どれも美味しく楽しかったです。朝ごはんの和食は、私には少し量が多かったです。 いつでも入れる温泉の露天風呂のおかげで、疲れも癒されました。 アルコール以外の冷蔵庫の飲み物がほぼ全て無料で、長崎のお茶やにんじんジュースなど、トレッキングに持っていけるのは助かりました。 ベランダに鷹？が飛んで来て嬉しいびっくりでした。 調べたところ、五島は、夏に日本で繁殖した多くの鷹が秋に東南アジアへ向かうために最後に立ち寄る場所として有名で、運が良ければ、何百匹？の鷹が群れで旅立つ鷹柱を見られるそうです。 たくさんの自然と丁寧な接客で、優しい時間が流れる滞在となり感謝しています。

あいにくの天気が悪い日ではありましたが、フロント、部屋からの眺望は良く、開放感がありました。 難点としては虫が多いタイミングのようで、露天風呂では羽虫が、レストランでは蠅が、というところで虫が苦手な人は時期によっては注意。 スタッフの方は誰も親切で好感が持てました。 フロント側にあるBARは値段は少々お高めですが、バーテンダーのスタッフさんが色々とお酒の説明をしてくれて楽しめました。 食事はコース形式で五島列島の名産品をふんだんに取り入れたメニューでどれも非常に美味しくいただけました。アレルギーの配慮もしてくれて丁寧です。 ちなみに周りにはコンビニなどもなく、車で十五分くらいかかります。

料理が素晴らしかった。以前より山本料理長の腕が冴え渡っている料理でした。 露天風呂では赤島に黄島に黒島を眺められて最高の気分での入浴でした。 朝はウグイスのさえずりで起こされ大自然を体感しました。 鬼岳の星空ツアーは少人数で椅子に座っての観賞だったので満天の星空を眺められました。次回はミルキーウェイを観たいと思いました。
