An older style property, with very good sized, VERY clean rooms and bathrooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast had good selections, and a nice coffee machine for various coffee choices. The only drawback to this hotel is that it lacks showers/handicap accessible bathrooms which makes it difficult for elderly or handicapped guests.

Reservamos este hotel para passar o Natal prĆ³ximo a Serra da Estrela... escolhemos o Eurosol Gouveia por haver restaurante com boas qualificaƧƵes no hotel. Ocorre que o restaurante nĆ£o abriu para o Natal e nĆ£o havĆ­amos sido informados anteriormente... resumindo, ficamos sem ceia de Natal! A cidade estava inteira fechada. Poderiam ter avisado anteriormente, assim nĆ£o ficarĆ­amos neste hotel.
