The property was very VERY clean, which is always great! Room was exactly as described and staff was very helpful and responsive. The property is very simple, but functional, which was what we expected, and very close to the international airport: perfect for early morning flights.

I stayed in a low cost room with low cost amminities. However, the hotel does off 24 hour room service. They did not charge me to spend time with s visiting friend. The front desk person (Josi) in the afternoon was nice.

Very nice hotel, clean contemporaneous, near airport great price

The hotel was wonderful and the staff is very helpful. Modern decor and the Oceanview is worth the price. Definitely try to use the pool and sauna. All streaming services are available but you have to use your own account.

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

My stay at Miramar by Windsor Copacabana was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. The restaurant was a highlight of my trip — breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day, and dinner in the evening was just as memorable, both for the food and the atmosphere. Truly a beautiful hotel with excellent service.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Mr Rodrigo and Monique from front desk as well as Cassius from bar and Sales from breakfast were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. For sure it will be my home in Rio from now on. Keep it up and thank you!

Excellent stay at this beautiful Hotel. It has 2 cute restaurants, a very nice pool. A 24 hour open gym. All the staff its very friendly. The beach its wide but it has a lot of street vendors who really bothers. The area its safe.I fully recommend this Hotel.

Todo excelente. Personal muy amable. Si bien el AC al parecer no se podia regular bien, afortunadamente no fue necesario (puede haber sido problema de usuario). Y el sauna estaba malo, pero daban la facilidad de ocupar el de otros hoteles colindantes de la cadena.

Best place to stay in Rio! Breakfast was perfect and the rooftop view was outstanding. Via the concierge, we booked a tour to see Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf and it was well worth every Rial!

Room was spacious, clean and the views from this hotel are breathtaking from the rooftops to the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet phenomenal with so many varieties of food, even had an ice cream station. Front desk staff very friendly, professional and are bilingual. Location is perfect. Love staying here ! Great staff

Exceptionally well located in the trendy neighborhood of Leblon, only 3 minutes from the beach. Great shopping and restaurants abound in the area. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very generous, and good quality of items. Room was clean, comfortable, however quite spartan, but this is what to expect in an Apart hotel. Obviously the price is as expensive as anything in Rio.
