위치 좋아요 대화역 출구 바로 앞에 있는 건물 건물 내에 음식점도 있고 근처 먹을곳도 많아요 편의점도 건물내에 있구요 킨테스랑 가까워서 좋았어요 방도 넓고 기본 세면도구는 준비되어 있어요

民泊的宿泊最高(^^)

ここは日本でいう民泊の様なホテルですが かなり綺麗な部屋で一人旅やホテルのカウンターサービスなどが必要のない方はとてもオススメです。大化駅から歩いて2分程度、周りにはカフェ、レストラン、コンビニ、薬局、生活には困らないお店がいくつもあります。Kintexに歩いて10分程度で申し分ない距離です。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に荷物を預ける事が出来ないので、そこだけ気をつければ安価で、キッチンや洗濯機もあるので生活するように宿泊可能です。ロッカーはkintexまたは駅構内などにあるロッカーを利用した方が良いでしょう。 高級ホテルや普通のホテルに飽きて、ちょと生活する感じで旅したい方へおススメです。

Solid Serviced Apartment. Fit for Purpose

Fit for purpose. Convenient: Lots of Taxis stopping outside. Daehwa subway station is just outside as well. Lots of shops nearby. Homeplus supermarket is across the road and down a side street. The restaurants downstairs are good. The brunch place and Lambs Day are good. The room has a code lock. There is no reception. You will receive and email from Residence K one day before you check in. You will have to connect on WhatsApp or WeChat. They will then message you the apartment number and access code after the cleaning has been completed. The apartment is serviced every day. They will clean, make your bed and give you six new little towels. They have little towels. They also give you two 600ml bottles of water daily. There is a washing machine in the room. If you want an iron, then you have to ask for it on WeChat/WhatsApp before checking in. The washing machine switches have labels in Korean. If the toilet gets blocked, then they will come and unblock it for you. The room has its own wifi router, with password. Good experience overall.

전반적으로 깔끔하긴 했는데 자려고 침대 이불 들춰 보니까 시트에 알 수 없는 털..이 있어서 깜짝 놀람. 숙소 주변은 금요일 밤이었어서 그런지 엄청나게 시끌벅적. 대신 편의점 등이 가깝고 셀프 체크인/아웃이 의외로 편리했음.

내집같은편안함

깔끔하게 정돈된 원룸느낌. 출장으로 갔는데 잘 묵었습니다. 킨택스까지 걸어서 7분정도? 입니다. 근처에 커피숍. 식당. 이마트24시 편의점 등이 있어 편합니다.
