"Checked in with 2 kids at self check in screen at 18:00 after 5 minutes, having paid my tax, machine says can't issue my room key. Go to desk, chap disappears for 10 minutes before saying room dirty so will upgrade to a suite, this is also dirty and being cleaned so can we go through ID checks so they don't have to be done later and I can just pick up room key when it is ready in 15 minutes time, in the meantime here's a voucher for 3 free drinks at bar.
