"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"We have stayed a couple of days but did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We did rent however bikes (very easy!!!). Very friendly service and good place to be. We did enjoy the stay very much and would come back for sure. "

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "Cozy hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in the middle of an incredibly charming city. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the bed/pillows were not the softest things you'll experience. We experienced great service and the location in the oldtown of Güstrow was lovely. "

"Warnung! Unglaublicher Vorfall! Vorgestern wurde unser seit langem gebuchter und bestätigter einwöchiger Aufenthalt im Club Robinson Fleesensee seitens des Clubs storniert. Zu Gunsten einer "Exklusivveranstaltung" wurden wir quasi rausgeschmissen. Es gäbe einen 50 Euro-Getränkegutschein, wenn wir einen anderen Zeitraum wählen. Die Dame vor Ort, mit der wir den Sachverhalt klären wollten, teilte uns mit, dass dies eine Entscheidung des Managements wäre, die sie so persönlich auch nicht mittragen...
