En relación calidad precio bastante bien la comida deja mucho que desear es escasa y repetitiva por lo demás muy bien el Hotel tranquilo y muy limpio le haría falta un poquito de modernizarse y adaptarse también a los horarios de turistas españoles, ya que cerrar el bufet a las 9:30 de la noche. Me parece muy pronto los alrededores del Hotel genial es un Resort con agua par muy completo para familias pocas cosas que hacer o mejor dicho nada, a partir de las 11 de la noche

Not the best.
This hotel sadly did not live up to my expectations. Partly my own fault perhaps for not doing more research beforehand... I was traveling with a girlfriend and Taurito was not the place for us! Its isolated unless you have a car as the road is not walkable anywhere and the bus is not very regular. Taurito only has few hotels and absolutely no nightlife apart from the hotel entertainment. I'd say the food at the hotel is very basic but edible. The all inclusive drinks are very bad, I found the wine undrinkable. The wine comes from a dispenser similar to what you get juice from, it's very low alcohol and simply does not taste good! You can get cava from the poolbar, this at least comes from a bottle but has a watery taste too at 5% alcohol. I just stuck to soft drinks or the occasional rum and coke. The facilities listed at the hotel like gym and spa is in fact at a opposite hotel in the same chain, the spa entrance is not included. The only facilities at the actual hotel is the pool, restaurant and poolbar. I found this misleading as the main image at the hotel.com is a picture from the spa pool in a completely different hotel across the main square. The waterpark in the square is however included so if travelling with children, not wanting nightlife or alcoholic drinks the hotel might be more suitable. The room was large and clean. I would not come back to this resort or hotel.

Huone oli siisti, ainut miinus että vedet jäi makaamaan pesuhuoneen lattialle kun ei ollut kaivoa ammeen ulkopuolella. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ruoka hieman yksitoikkoista ja mausteita piti lisätä. Snackbaari oli hieman pettymys ruuan laadussa ja maussa aikaisempiin majoituksiin verrattuna. Vesipuisto on pienen matkan päässä ja ympäristö soveltuu hyvin lapsiperheelle vaikka hieman ympäristössä ja aktiviteetti paikoissa olisi kunnostettavaa, etenkin puiset osat. Rannassa ei ole aallonmurtajia joten aallot ovat aika isot pienille lapsille, mutta ranta oli tosi siisti ja roskaton.

Ganska litet hotell så nära till allt. Hotellet hade bra urval av mat. Hade gärna haft mer handsprit i restaurangen. Valde lgh med terrass, visade sig att vi inte hade en enda soltimme där. Välj balkong, finns ingen utsikt från terrasserna. Bra personal, städning varje dag, lätt att ta sig till stranden. Poolområdet var lagom stort och fanns alltid lediga solstolar.

The Hotel is great and pretty good value; it is very easy to get to the water park, beach and hiking trails in the mountains. For an all inclusive, the food quality and variety was surprisingly good and the staff were great. The photo that shows an indoor swimming pool should be removed from the listing; this isn't the Hotel Taurito's pool (which is outdoor and unheated), it is the very warmly heated indoor pool at the nearby Krabi spa which costs $25/2 ppl/2 hours.

Hotelli ei todellakaan ollut 4* hotelli. Huoneet pieniä ja kaikki äänet kuuluivat naapurista ja ulkoota. Kylpyhuoneet -80 luvulta. Hotellissa ei mitään ohjelmaa iltaisin. Ohjelmat mitä oli niin olivat ison hotelliryhmittymän keskellä. Vesipuisto ei ole hotellin yhteydessä. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja ihan hyvä . Lounas ja illalinen melko olemattomat. Ravintola kun työpaikka ruokala. Ei allaspyyhkeitä.

Worth the money
Nice hotel that has everything you need. The only ting I didn't like was that there were quit few healthy food options on the breakfeast and lunch buffet, and also that the beds are not that comfortable. Otherwise it was all good and absolutely worth the money. Especially good for families with Young children, I think.

Estancia divertida y agradable
Nos encantó el trato por parte del personal, en especial el chico de recepción, Miguel, y la limpiadora. Muy amables y atentos. La talasoterapia y el parque nos entró gratis con la habitación. Lo pasamos muy bien en ambos sitios. El solárium y la piscina muy agradables. La comida buena.

We went to this hotel 5 years ago and this was why we chose to back. The food was brilliant, different variety every day, the staff were really nice and helpful, the pool was quite with loads of available sunbeams, but this Time we felt that the property was a bit tired and a little dusty. We felt that the entertainment could have been a little better, before we had evening entertainment, but this year there was none in the hotel, you had to go down to into the resort itself. Having said that the entertainment rep was phenomenal!!

Muy mejorable
Pese a ser un 4 estrellas, las bebidas, a excepción de la cerveza, son muy malas. No tenían a apenas cócteles incluidos, por una granizada nos cobraban un euro. La comida no es gran cosa y la variedad de la misma es escasa. La wifi es mala, solo funciona en la recepción y si quieres en la habitación hay suplemento y encima es peor. Esto es algo importante, ya que en el lugar hay mala cobertura de red móvil. En general, por el precio, ofrecen muy poco. No volvería, a menos que mejorasen estos aspectos.

La gran mayoría de nuestros huéspedes están muy contentos, tanto con la calidad como la variedad de la comida. El wifi gratuito es lo que habrá venido incluido en la reserva y el de pago es satisfactorio para la moyoría de usos, aunque puede que haya zonas en el hotel donde la señal de la red wifi no permita ver vídeos en alta definición. La calidad de la red móvil depende muchísimo del operador móvil, siendo Vodafone el de peor cobertura y Yoigo y Movistar de los que mejor la tienen en Taurito. Sepa que estaríamos encantados de volver a darle la bienvenida en caso de que usted decidiera volver a alojarse en uno de los Hoteles Paradise. Saludos cordiales, el equipo Paradise.

La atención del personal a nivel general muy buena, me pusieron tres camas cuando solo eramos dos personas, me quitaron espacio en la habitación.
