"The room is huge. Staff was very help. The room was generally clean but I can hairs here and there that were not belong to me. The dryer does not dry at all. After 2 attempts total 5 hrs, my clothes are wet as just finished washing."

"It is a great location with lots of charm. We had a putrid smell emanating from the bathroom drains and when we asked the desk staff to address it he was dismissal that it was not too bad - it was terrible. Very disappointing on an otherwise nice hotel."
