“The hotel is clean. The front desk and personal are excellent, AC works perfect The hotel is located just closed to the plaza. Few steps away Enjoyed the stay!”

“Muy amables”

“Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. “We had a great 4 nights stay in the Estrada Hotel. The room was spacious and quite, comfortable beds, nicely working AC. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. They arrange our ariport pickup and drop-off and we paid only $10 for the late checkin, which was very nice, since our flight was at night. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Súper recomendado este lugar. Esta en pleno desarrollo y todo está nuevo. No atendieron súper bien con trato cordial y amable. Tener en cuenta que como esta en desarrollo le faltan algunos muebles en la habitación. Espero regresar pronto.”

“Great spot to stay”

The bigger issue was that they then demanded I pay for the room again in cash, even though I had already paid through Expedia. I showed them my Expedia confirmation, receipt, and my card statement showing the payment had...
