We booked this hotel for the location. Adrian at the reception was super helpful for visiting the Alhambra and the Arab Quarter. We requested taxi bookings at reception and weighting instruments for our luggage, they fulfilled it with no problem. The bed was super big, the biggest I've ever seen. Room was definitely 4* rating. The housekeeping was so lovely and she left everything clean. I would highly recommend this hotel in particular for their customers service, location and how modern and clean the hotel is. Only thing to improve the TV quality so we could watch Netflix, but I believe this is in line with Spain's sustainability drive. Otherwise really good hotel, I'll be booking them again.

Great place to stay in the heart of Granada! Location is perfect, on main Gran Via across from cathedral and loads of shops and restaurants. Room was really nice, bed super comfy and clean, nice bathroom and amenities. Coffee and tea maker in room. Staff very nice and helpful.
